Mercedes of Stafford

New valet bay facility at Merecedes of Stafford.

 

Initail contract is for vehicle wash facility however, further works are to follow.

To further our domestic arm we have recently increased our capacity to carry out works.

 

We are actively pursuing further work in this area.

PLC training on Siemens systems

Adam is currently undergoing PLC training.

 

The aim is to ensure we can provide full support on all Siemens PLC systems.

 

The training has been instigated by Cooper Coated Coil to assist our 24 hour breakdown cover of their facility.

 

The training incorporates an on-site element to the training and also at a Siemens approved training school.

Kew Gardens pot wash plant

Having carried out a service of the wash plant at KEW Gardens the refurbishemnt works are due to be completed over the next few weeks.

Robot refurbishment JCB supply line

We are currently carrying out refurbishment to robotic welding line for JCB seating supplier Kabs of Northampton.

 


Kab produce seats for the automotive industry.

More LED lighting to Mercedes of Wolverhampton

Ongoing works to upgrade the lighting scheme to LED have been carried out.

 

Due to the very busy nature of the site the LED upgrades have been completed out over a two year period.

 

The latest work involved refurbishment of the AMG showroom and SMART showroom.  

Energy efficient lighting to STF Limited

Stainless Threaded Fasteners have reecently had their external lighting converted to LED.

 

The energy savings will result in the capital outlay being recouped in just over twelve months.

 

In addition, the greater reliability of LED fittings mean maintenance costs will be reduced significantly.

Timezone Foods Heating upgrade

We have completed many upgrades to the plant and equipment at Timezone Foods Limited.

 

The most recent is to convert the scotch egg frying line heating system.

 

The original machine is American made and the heating elements are open wound within a stainless steel sleeve. The obvious fire risk has meant that we have had to convert the bossed entries to BSP and install CE marked heating elements.

 

The conversion process means any future maintenance or replacements will be straight-forward; without the need to drain 250 litres of oil each time.

Northern Power Tool

We have recently carried out safety testing including EICR fixed wiring testing and emergency light tetsing tio Northern Power Tool in Sheffield.

 

We have also just completed the electrical work to the office refurbishement.

 

The works completed are new LED lighting scheme; dado trunking to work stations including data and telephone installation.

 

Helped on site by no less than Dean Glover - ex Villa and Port Vale.

Maintenance and repairs to the midlands glass washing machine manufacturers. Classeq manufacture commercial glass washing machines at their manufactory in Stafford.

 

Our recent works include up-keep and maintenance to the test and commisiion line at the factory.
