We are approaching the first twelve months of carrying out scheduled maintenance and breakdown cover at Cooper Coated Coil in Wednesfield.
Cooper Coated are the market leaders in surface coating tecnology. The main plant decoils steel or aluminium and applies a non-stick coating before baking, cooilng and recoiling. The coated coils are slit to width and cut to length on various other machines within the factory. Their product is exported around the world and is mainly used for cooking equipment.
The plant runs 24 hours per day and we cover emergency breakdowns to keep the palnt running at all costs.
Our contract also includes four shutdowns where extensive maintenance and upgrade works are also completed.
